The Waterhouse Jervis Bay is a place for many occasions. Our al a carte menu is the creation of head chef Paul Wilson and his team’s 'true passion and love for food'. For a special occasion, a bit of indulgence, or for those avid food-lovers, enjoy our a la carte menu in the restaurant’s dining room and deck. The foodie-love extends out the back where you can relax and enjoy our bar menu and a couple of drinks, as the perfect choice for a casual dinner with friends.
